PE 100-Day Industrial Operations Pack

The first 100 days after a PE acquisition follow a predictable pattern: the deal closes, the clock starts, the sponsor expects operational infrastructure, and the new operator discovers that nothing exists. No KPI framework, no governance cadence, no standardized reporting, no documented approval authorities. The first board meeting is in 90 days and the platform needs to demonstrate that adult supervision has arrived. This pack is the operational architecture installation sequence for that window — 26 tasks across four phases covering financial architecture, KPI systems, governance controls, and sponsor visibility. I built it from the post-acquisition integration patterns I observed across PE-backed industrial platforms, where the operators who succeeded in the first 100 days were the ones who had a sequenced playbook rather than a list of priorities. Each phase has defined deliverables, owners, and completion criteria. The design assumption is that you are working with a small team, limited data, inherited systems, and a board that wants results before it wants explanations.
